Sessile Oak Seedling
Sessile Welsh Oak (Quercus petraea)
The Sessile (Or Welsh) Oak is a hardy, long-lived native deciduous tree known for its stately spreading canopy and high wildlife value. Unlike the English Oak, its acorns sit directly on the twigs without stalks (peduncles). These 1L seedlings are well-established and ready for planting into a permanent position or potting on for further growth.
